Gerard Terpstra is founder and owner of TSAgency BV. Drawing from previous experience in a family outdoor sporting goods business he started his business in 1989 as a distributor of hunting and law enforcement products. In 1993 he began as a European Sales representative for US manufacturers and specialized distribution in the Netherlands.

For the Netherlands TSAgency BV represents exclusively Bates footwear, Radar holsters and accessories, ASP batons and handcuffs, XGO (flame retardant) functional underwear, UTM training ammunition, Blue Guns training weapons, Damascus gloves, Arveka TGS body armor, Illumiglow breaklights and CleanWaste mobile sanitary solutions.
